  5. In the last 5 minutes of churning, add in the cookie dough pieces.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.
  3. Puree the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth.
